Established in 2007, HACEY is an on-profit association devoted to enhancing the well-being of women, girls, and youthful individuals in Nigeria, fostering a life characterized by productivity and good health. Our charge is driven by the i. C.A.R.E approach, which stands for Innovation, Capacity development, Advocacy, Research, and Education. HACEY's founding purpose is to produce lasting results that bridge the difference that restricts women and girls from penetrating both health coffers and profitable openings, thereby fostering commission within these communities.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Development and Editing:

  • Create, compose, and revise various communications and marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media content, press releases, and speeches, ensuring their quality and effectiveness.

Report Preparation:

  • Generate comprehensive reports for the management team, offering valuable recommendations to enhance overall performance and foster a more positive atmosphere within the organization.

 

Program Management:

  • Oversee health, empowerment, and rights programs, ensuring their successful execution and impact.
  • Provide essential support in drafting and editing program-related documentation, which includes assessments, surveys, reports (trip, quarterly, and annual reports), communications materials, briefing materials, and presentations for conferences, training sessions, or workshops.

 

Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively identify and address potential project issues that may arise in relation to project activities, obligations, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with key stakeholders to find effective resolutions.

 

Volunteer and Intern Coordination:

  • Coordinate the efforts of project volunteers and interns to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

 

Additional Program Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any other program-related duties as assigned by the organization.

 

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelorette's Degree( Master's degree is an added advantage). 
  • 3- 5 times of professional experience and a solid understanding of HACEY Health Initiative's focus areas. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational capacities with scrupulous attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in effective time operation and prioritization. 
  • Complete at working both singly and collaboratively within a  platoon. 
  • 6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude. 
  • Outstanding verbal and spoken communication chops. 
  • Complete in presenting information and collecting reports. 
  • Proven track record in supporting the timely prosecution of colorful tasks, including budget development and monitoring. 
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office programs, MS Brigades, WhatsApp, Zoho, or analogous platforms. 
  • 11. Familiarity with Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights( SRHR) and Gender Equality programs and networks are profitable.
