Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO), the IT Officer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for a range of essential tasks:
- Tackle conservation and Upgrades As the IT Officer, your primary duty is to oversee both first and alternate positions tackle conservation and upgrades. This ensures the smooth operation of our IT structure, minimizing time-out and dislocations.
- Network and Dispatches Reliability You'll be assigned to maintain the tractability of our original network and communication systems, which encompass dispatch and internet services. This ensures that our platoon can efficiently communicate and pierce essential coffers.
- Data Backups Regular data backups are essential to guard our critical information. You'll be responsible for scheduling and executing these backups to cover our original data.
- IT Security Formulating, enforcing, and administering IT security programs is a critical aspect of your part. You will work to establish a robust security frame to protect our association from implicit pitfalls.
- Inventory Management Maintaining an up-to-date force of all IT tackle and software is pivotal for effective resource operation. You'll ensure that our force records are accurate and current.
- Active Directory and Group Policy Having a solid working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy is essential for managing stoner accounts and administering security programs effectively.
- Operation Support You'll give support for being operations, ensuring that they serve optimally. Also, you'll be involved in the rollout of new operations as demanded.
- Seller and Supplier operation Developing and maintaining strong connections with IT merchandisers and suppliers is vital for our association. You'll manage these connections effectively to ensure the procurement of quality products and services.

Minimum Qualifications:
Aspirants are needed to retain a University Degree, with a preference for degrees in Computer Engineering, Electrical electronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology. also, holding instruments from Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or analogous associations will be considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in other essential office software is also necessary.
Required Experience:
To be eligible, campaigners must have a minimum of 5 times of applicable work experience in exercising and maintaining office computers, operating systems, operations, as well as network and communication technologies. This experience should be acquired in estimable NGOs or medium to large- to large-sized associations.
