The Opportunity

Our Gender Advisor will  unite  nearly with all Education thematic leaders to guarantee the effective  prosecution of a high- quality gender- transformative program. This action aims to address the underpinning factors contributing to inequality, while also addressing the different  requirements of women, girls, men, and boys. Our approach  laboriously challenges  discriminative gender  morals and  dangerous practices. 

We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Master's Degree in an applicable discipline within the realm of social lores, gender studies, or philanthropic affairs, or retain original practical experience. 
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5- 7 times of devoted experience in gender-focused places within philanthropic associations. 
  • exhibition of a robust knowledge base and hands-on experience in gender mainstreaming, community-position gender-transformative approaches, protection, and addition, particularly with regard to disabilities. 
  • Have a proven track record of managing program cycles, encompassing assessments, offer and report jotting, monitoring, and evaluation. 
  • Display proficiency in integrating gender considerations into education programs, with a special emphasis on enhancing learning issues for girls in seminaries. 
  • Show capability in operating within grueling  and politically sensitive surroundings. 
  • Retain a strong specialized background and a wealth of experience in education and Education in extremities( EiE) programming. 
  • Have previous experience uniting within colleges involving associations similar to NRC, UNICEF, and SCI. 
  • Demonstrate the capability to fortify gender-inclusive rudiments within educational programming.
